I am so glad you stumbled across my page; it is my hope that you find some useful content that will inspire and encourage you in your spiritual walk. If you are anything like me, then you are often seeking to develop a closer relationship with our Heavenly Father. Though I am a Christian and have served God for many years, I still wish for continued growth and desire to develop a more in-depth relationship with Him.

I have spent years journaling my prayers, hopes, and aspirations. After recently reading old journals, some dated back to the 90s, I came across pages of information that I felt could surely benefit the masses. As a result, “The Designer’s Original” blog was born. Since writing has always been a cathartic process for me, I decided to create a platform to express my thoughts, ideas, and God-given revelations in hopes of creating an open dialogue among believers who desire to do the same.
You may be wondering, where did the name of the blog come from?
The word of God says in Psalm 139:14 that we are “…fearfully and wonderfully made.” We are original creations, not carbon copies of anyone else! Our creator is masterful, it was never His intention for us to be the same…even our fingerprints are different (hence the logo- two connected fingerprints creating one heart)! We are all designed with a purpose and have unique qualities that set us apart from others. Those unique qualities contribute to the divine connections we make with others each day. Believe it or not, we are all connected by universal human experiences and those connections are instrumental in our spiritual development.
